Piano Booster is a fun way of playing along with any type of music and at the same time learning the basics of reading musical notation. If you can find a midi version of a song Piano Booster will let you select an instrument and play along. There are lots of free midi files on the internet and unlike similar programs on computer games consoles you can play along to any song. The program will rate how good you are and you can increase the difficulty by increasing the speed that the song plays back, or alternatively pick a harder song! The best way to play along is with an electronic (midi) keyboard.
